I know this is a blog about animal cruelty but dose anyone know what do with a bunny having a swollen check? Cause my bunny she has like this giant welt on her check it looks like a pink skin colored ping ball. We are taking her to the vet tomorrow but any advise on her check or just taking care of bunnies in general? Thanks
hi sunshine, im sorry to hear about your bunny! before you take her to your vet tomorrow heres a few tips from me: does she seem in pain? is she scratching at it? if she is i would try to stay close to her because u don't want her to make it worse. and if she is in pain i would keep her little mind off it like talk to her and stroke her (when my dog had puppies and she had to stay with them all day i would read a book to her so she wouldn't get bored and had company) or watch tv and have her on your lap. if she's not in any pain then just watch the swelled cheek make sure it doesn't get bigger and with luck it might get smaller! - candymeadowsalmondjoy
